Are you looking for an opportunity to get involved with BMSSA? BMSSA is holding elections for the 2015-2016 Academic Year executive council! Joining the BMSSA executive council is a great way to become engaged with the program as well as the BMS student community. If you have a passion for working with others, organizing events, creating a positive environment, and would like to gain experience as a student leader, self-nominate today!

Nomination period: now until Wednesday Mar. 25
Campaign period: Wednesday Mar. 25 – Friday Mar. 27
In-person Voting Days: Monday Mar. 30 (Time: TBA; Location: The Kelly Cafe (inside the Kelly Library)) & Wednesday Apr. 1 (Time: 11am-3pm; Location: The Kelly Cafe (inside the Kelly Library))
Eligibility for Office and Voting:
Anyone who is a full-time, undergraduate Arts & Science student enrolled in BMS (either as a major or minor) or taking any BMS course may vote and run in the election.
To self-nominate, please submit the following information to bookandmedia@utoronto.ca:
-Full name as you wish it to appear on the ballot
-Position of interest
-Indication of eligibility (program or course)
-A brief statement of intent (which will also appear on the ballot) of no more than 300 words telling us a bit about yourself, why you would like to serve on the BMSSA and any relevant qualifications for your position
