Winter General Meeting + Winterlicious + Games Night

Hey BMS students,
 
Looking to escape the cold…?
 
BMSSA has two exciting events for you this week!
 
1.      Monday, February 9th, 2015 
         General Meeting, 5:30-7:00pm
         Carr Hall 107
 
Please join us for a chat about BMS and come grab a bite to eat.
 
We are also excited to host a Winterlicious (an annual food celebration) social immediately following the general meeting to a restaurant nearby! Join us for some good food! Note: Meal is not paid for.
 
2.      Wednesday, February 11th, 2015
          Games Night, 7:00-9:00pm
          Teefy Hall 201
Please join us for a fun night of board games! Free food and drinks will be provided.

New Office Hours for the Winter Semester

Hello BMS students,

I hope you are all doing well and staying warm!

BMSSA will be starting up its office hours for the Winter Semester (please see the schedule posted on the office door). They are a great way for you to meet your BMSSA execs who are willing to answer any questions you may have and offer you advice regarding BMS (e.g. courses, contacts, career path, student life, etc). We are also here for you if you just want a friendly chat and snacks!

The first office hour will be held on Wednesday, January 28th from 12-1pm in Room 229, second floor of the Kelly Library.

In Attendance: Lily Ren, Ken Kongkatong, JessiKa Wu, Victoria Greco, and Hailey Parliament

At Hart House Reading Room, 4:00pm.

Topics of Discussion:

  • Housecleaning
  • Events
  • Fundraising

General Meeting: for February 9th, 5:30-7pm. Room needs to be booked.

Academic Events: up for discussion, possibly 2 events, one formal and one less formal.

Pub Night: Thursday January 22nd, Shoeless Joe’s

Study Meeting: to host in late March

Games Night: February 11, 7-9pm. Location to be discussed.

Fundraise for t-shirts and journal
